At iCabinets we offer free delivery within the lower 48 United States on cabinet orders over $5000. We contract dedicated, regional carriers that specialize in shipping cabinets and furniture. Carriers will vary based on your location and requirements. Our logistics support staff will notify you when to expect delivery and who your delivery carrier will be.

Once your cabinets have been ordered it’s important to prepare for your delivery.

For Freight Deliveries:

You must note any shortages or visible damage on the BOL/ Proof of delivery receipt before you sign the BOL/ Proof of delivery receipt.

SHORTAGES:

Before signing the BOL/delivery receipt, count each cabinet to verify that you have received the number of pieces listed on your iCabinets Invoice Order. If the number of items does not match, note the missing items on the BOL/receipt before you sign it.

VERY IMPORTANT:

If you ordered molding or toe kick, these materials will arrive in a bundle. Your delivery receipt will note the number of pallets and bundles shipped. It is very important to note any missing bundles or pallets at the time of delivery. If you are missing a pallet or bundle, make sure the driver's hand writes the missing items on the BOL/delivery receipt before you sign off.<

Be sure to get a photo or copy of the BOL/delivery receipt for yourself. Simply reply to your order confirmation email to info@icabinets.com and your iCabinets designer’s email address with PHOTOS of the delivery, BOL/delivery receipt, showing that the shortage was noted at the time of delivery. Missing items may not be able to be replaced free of charge if they are not noted at the time of delivery and no photos are attached.

VISIBLE DAMAGE:

We package our cabinets very well. Even if a package is damaged the contents may not be. However, it is very important to note any visible damage to the packages on the delivery receipt. The driver should hand write the number of packages that are dented/damaged on the BOL/delivery receipt. Then you can sign the BOL/delivery receipt.

Be sure to get a photo/copy for yourself. Simply reply to your order confirmation email to info@icabinets.com and your iCabinets designer’s email address with PHOTOS of dented/damaged items/boxes, delivery receipt, showing that the damage was noted at the time of delivery.

CONCEALED DAMAGE:

You have 48 hours to report any concealed damage. If you discover anything damaged, reply to your order confirmation email to info@icabinets.com and your iCabinets designer’s email address with photos of the damaged item, along with a description of the damaged item on the photo.

Even if there is no visible damage to the boxes, it is very important that you do not discard any boxes until cleared with no concealed damages found on the item/s.

For UPS deliveries:

You must note any shortages or visible damage within 24 hours upon delivery.

VISIBLE DAMAGE:

We package our cabinets very well. Even if a package is damaged the contents may not be.

DAMAGED ITEMS PHOTO GUIDELINES

Photo 1: A photo of the damaged item.

Photo 2: A photo showing the damaged merchandise, inside the original box, with all of the original cushioning (picture should show the placement of the merchandise and packaging inside the box).

Photo 3: A photo of the packaging material used inside the box (e.g. bubble wrap, Styrofoam peanuts, cardboard dividers, etc.).

Photo 4: A close-up photo of the shipping label with tracking number (please zoom in enough to read the tracking number which usually begins with 1Z).

Photo 5: A close-up photo of the box manufacturer’s certificate (BMC), if available. The BMC is a round stamp that details either the bursting strength of the box or the edge crush rating of the box. The BMC is generally found on a bottom flap on the outside of a corrugated cardboard box.

Photo 6: Two photos displaying all 6 sides of the package (1 photo should display the top and 2 sides, the 2nd photo should display the bottom and the opposite sides).

Photo7: Dimensions of the box including the package height, length, and width provided in the body of the email.

Standard Order Lead Time

For standard finishes, allow 2-3 weeks for handling and delivery. For Custom Paint Series finishes, 6-8 weeks for production and delivery. Depending on your location or special customization, additional time may be required.

Standard Home Delivery Handling

Your order will be shipped via a large 28foot box truck with liftgate. The order will be placed in the first reasonable, secure, dry area (usually a garage), on the same level as the truck tires.

Limited Area Delivery – Will Vary

If your delivery location has limited access such as: cannot accommodate a large 28 foot box truck, does not have a garage, storage area is not on the same level as the truck tires, is an apartment/condo, has more than five (5) steps at entry point, and/or no elevators.

You can also select this service to have your order delivered to the first available dry and secure room in your home. Please see Restricted Delivery Access for situations outside of this service. Limited Delivery Access & Carry in Service circumstances may incur extended lead times for delivery based on your location, circumstances and available delivery agent.

Restricted Area Delivery – Contact Us for Quote

Restricted Area Delivery Access locations require a Special Delivery Quote from customer service. Please email support@iCabinets.com or call 844-999-7070 to receive a quote.

If your job site has additional restrictions and requires custom delivery such as: ferry or bridge toll, located in remotely rural, densely urban, or areas outside the Continental US. Warranty is null and void outside of the lower 48 United States. Restricted Delivery Access will have additional charges and may require extended lead times for delivery based on your location circumstances and available delivery agent. Customer Service will contact you within two (2) business days of order payment to determine your delivery location access.
